Cross Roofing & Sheet Metal

I told these people that I had $4500 to spend on a new roof. I did not specify if it was liquid cash or credit. They gave me a good estimate so I chose them to do my roof. They never mentioned anything about full payment due upon completion of the work. They came out and replaced my roof. I then went in to make my payment by credit card and was promptly informed that they don’t take credit cards. I explained to them that I had more than enough credit to pay for the roof. Apparently they don’t even have a credit/debit card machine. Demanded payment in full. I explained to the lady I have a good job and would be in every 2 weeks to make about a $250 payment. They finished my roof in 2 days and I’m very pleased. They were professional and cleaned my yard after they finished. Would definitely recommend.

Called them twice to come out and give us an estimate, last time was 2 weeks ago and we still haven't heard from them.
