Our contractor ordered skylights through Myrna at Crossroads. They were special order made by sun-tech and came in damaged. No foam, to cushion them simply skylights in a large box that was stapled shut. Between the seals, scratches, warping and indentations we could not allow them on our roof. Myrna and the team at Crossroads inspected them and immediately reached out to Sun-tech. There is a back story but Crossroads made certain we received the product we needed within our time constraint.
