The two men who were sent out by the owner were very nice. I looked at my magnolia tree afterward and noticed that some of the branches looked almost broken and mangled instead of trimmed. One of the lower branches was completely cut off of the main trunk. Others were cut not at a joint in a branch but left looking as if they were chopped off mid branch. I'm not sure they will ever grow back again or that the tree will recover. It was a beautiful magnolia and just needed shaping. Very disappointed.

Asked for a estimate. Let me just say when a man shows up won't even look you in the eye much less shake your hand and introduce himself then says he will do it in the next day or two then doesn't call or show up... Not acceptable. Run!

Crossroads Tree Service is simply the best! Joe and Adam came out the same day I called for an estimate and did a complete walk thru of our entire property to assess our needs. Adam and his crew worked diligently for five days to trim back overhanging limbs, take away dead trees, and clear brush. The whole team was very considerate of our property and communicated multiple times a day as to their plan. They truly cared about our trees and left our grounds looking beautiful and more healthy than they found them. They were meticulous about cleaning up after their work as well. And their prices were very reasonable for the large amount of work they completed. I cannot recommend Adam, James, and Joe’s team enough! Thank you all so very much!

Called to get an estimate on having two trees cut down said they would be out late afternoon the next day never came out got a voicemail the next morning saying they got tied up and would be out later that day again never showed up.

Joe & I spoke about a tree breaking a fence & he charged me a lot to remove a bunch of small trees that weren't causing a problem. Imagine spending nearly 2 grand and still having the same issue. Highly don't recommend. Major miscommunication & he was in a hurry to get paid.
