Awesome experience. Dan his crew did an absolutely amazing job. I got 2 new units for my house. An otherwise daunting task made extremely simple. I had an appointment set up for between 9-9:30 to have my air conditioner tuned up. After waiting to hear from them the day of, finally at close to 11 I got a text message (after calling 3 times and texting to try and confirm we still we meeting up) that no one was coming. There wasn’t even an apology or concern for the fact that we had been waiting for almost 2 hours just for them to cancel. We will be going to a different company in hopes that they will be more customer considerate to everyone and not someone that will brush us off without even a hint of compassion for that fact that we, too, need our air conditioner serviced. Had someone reached out prior to the scheduled service and showed us an ounce of respect, they wouldn’t have lost our business.

You cannot go wrong with hiring Danny King with Crown Mechanical to work on your Heat and Air System! Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the trade, shows when he says he will, and is more than fair in how he charges for the work!

Was a 5 star rating but now they seem to have blocked our number ... having to go thru the BBB now, been trying to avoid doing that but it's been months waiting for a reply

These guys were on time, professional and had my heat back on in no time! Will use them for all my work.
