First of all. I had 5 companies quote on our project. Crown was very reasonable price wise. But the attention to detail by Jenn ( sales rep) was nothing less than TOP priority. She was knowledgeable a timely in every aspect!! 6 ⭐️ Jenn. If that wasn’t good enough to get the biz??? Ha. The crew that did the installation was nothing short of master craftsmanship. Every step of the installation was quality and the crew was professional and friendly. Now here’s something you never see…. The clean up was amazing. They vacuumed an left the sight better than they arrived. My wife was blown away at the perfection of the job. Clean lines an a quality look. It was evident the bid meeting with Jenn that this was going to be a good, fun project. She brought to the table many ideas that turned what was going to be a screened-in patio, to a full-blown conversion that will be with us for a lifetime. The contractor that Crown Patio uses is excellent. Attention to detail and communication with the homeowner is spot-on. They know how to deal with concrete slabs that aren’t perfect and really did a nice job of making it all work and looks like it belongs there, as you can tell by the photos. Jenn was very easy to deal with and we worked through several changes before the project began with no issues. What few, minor challenges the contractor had, and was totally expected with a project of this nature, were handled professionally and without issue. T

We had a great experience planning and executing the installation of our deck shades. Crown Patio Representative, Jenn Buehler, was amazing every step of the way. Jenn came out to our home several times during the process with a wealth of product information and samples. Jenn also took project measurement’s and then returned again with her installer’s, so that they could do their own assessment of the project demands. Crown Patio was able to install our shade’s in a manner that the other two companies that we considered, flat out, couldn’t. We will, without hesitation, hire Crown Patio again for our future outdoor shade needs.
