Choosing my new shower and new tub and surround with Kelly was great. She was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The installers Tanner and Ben were great too. They texted their estimated time to arrive each morning, and let me know what the process was and kept me informed. They were professional, personable and knowledgeable. They asked for my preferences for the details, and let me know what is customary which helped. I appreciate that they did one bathroom first so we could use the other, then they did the other and we were able to use the one they finished. The plumber, Terry was great too. It’s beautiful and I am completely satisfied. Thank you!

I just got a brand new walk in acrylic shower from Re-bath! I highly recommend them. It was fast. The salesperson, Max, was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He made great suggestions and I love the look of my bathroom. The workers Terry and Jason were very efficient. They were personable and it was comfortable having them around working. A great experience overall.

Re-Bath completed a two bathroom remodel for us, including a large walk-in shower with bench, double vanity and an L-shaped single vanity, tub and surround. They coped with significant challenges including a tight stairway, uneven walls and floors in an old house, dry rot and insect damage to our sub flooring, even storms that flooded nearby roadways. Erik, Ben and Tanner felt like part of our family--we were sorry to see them go. They communicated regularly with us across every aspect of the demo and install. We complicated the process by choosing natural stone, and they were great at coordinating to ensure templating and install occurred on schedule. Tanner and Ben installed my son’s new walk‑in shower, flooring, toilet, and baseboards, and they did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail, friendly attitudes, and clear knowledge of their work made the whole process easy. Tanner went above and beyond by explaining the steps my son needed to follow for the first 24 hours and after, and he walked us through the warranty — what’s covered and for how long. Ben was thorough with the cleanup and made sure everything looked great before they left. I highly recommend Re‑Bath, and if possible, I’d recommend requesting Tanner and Ben for your install. Their 5‑star customer service was truly appreciated.

Re-Bath is simply AWESOME. In a day and a half, they took out an old cracked tub & surround in our basement bathroom, and put in a simply beautiful walk in shower for me. In the process, they corrected some old errors made by whomever installed the tub, such as filling in underneath, as opposed to leaving the big gaping hole that was previously there, causing the cracked tub in the first place. I absolutely LOVE the new shower that they were able to extend a few inches beyond the previous set up, creating a big luxurious shower. In addition, they fixed some errors in the wall supports, creating a safer, better system. I want to definitely say Thanks to Dennis, our original sales person and to Anna, the scheduler, who kept things updated with me and answered any questions or concerns I had.
