Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our two recent experiences with Roto Rooter Tualatin. Kyle Conaway, our service tech, answered every question we had and went above and beyond to keep us satisfied. We really appreciated his customer service. And Paisy, our drain tech, worked tirelessly to unclog our pipes. He stayed 3 hours past the end of his 8 hour shift to make sure it was cleared and we were happy. Don't go anywhere else for your plumbing problems because they can handle it all. Oh and by the way both house calls were on a Friday night late (they left at 10pm) and Sunday evening. They don't charge extra for nights and weekends.

Travis at Roto Rooter did a great job clearing our main line drain clog. He was skilled and patient and friendly and easy to talk to and answer our questions.

Although the world was excellent, and was done very efficiently, and the worker was very nice, he was wearing a very strong cologne type smell that gave me a small allergy attack This was my only complaint. Other than that, the visit and work was perfect! I would recommend rotto rooter to everyone I know.
