Crown Plumbing

I woke up and heard water running and new I had a leak somewhere. I called Crown at 8am and they had the nicest gentlemen at my house who found the leak, luckily outside, and had it fixed and my water back on by 9:30am. The best service I've had in a long time.

This company refuses to provide a price breakdown. They say it is only “parts and labor”. with a little flourish at the end “any other company would charge more”. I paid the amount because he did the work but it didn’t sit right with me for a few days. I called the office this morning and was told they do not provide an itemization and that she couldn’t help me and essentially “that sounds like a you problem”. Very strange and not transparent. A plumber’s hourly rate is going to be what it is so I can only imagine they do this because they are significantly marking up the price of parts that they likely get at a bulk discount with a overall fee on top for the company. They don’t want people comparing prices and challenging the cost of the repair.

These guys tackled an issue that had been neglected for years because no one wanted to do the hard work. Our underground drain pipe that collected rain water from the downspouts from the gutters, was clogged and all the downspouts would back flow. Kenn and his co-worker brought the HydroJet and worked TIRELESSLY to address the issue thoroughly and completely. They did not stop until they figured it ALL out and resolved it ALL. It was not cheap but worth it to have good quality, attention and care for such a job. I'm grateful to Crown Plumbing for taking this on and doing such great work.

I’ve had crown plumbing out twice now and they have helped greatly both times. Very knowledgeable and have been incredibly willing to get the job done. They helped me find a solution for my septic tank problems that works for me. They’ve actually taken the time to really look into it.

Great locally owned company. Excellent service, diagnosed the issue, cleared the line, no upsells.. just honest and dependable service. Highly recommend.
