These guys are amazing. I don't know how they get everything set up decorated labeled and priced with starting bids and then break it all down and do it again month after month after month. It really is remarkable. Their customer service is superb! They have lots of guys to help you load the stuff in your truck. They have people available to help you go over your list. They have people available to show you all the different things and tell you about the items. The consignment place next door is just as well run. I'm impressed every single month! Their prices run from $5 all the way up to thousands of dollars depending on how the bidding goes. Most things are priced well. Occasionally something will be priced too high but not often. Holly Hale does an excellent job arranging all the auction items to get the best views of the items. She’s very friendly always helpful when we bring items in for consignment. I had the most pleasant and great experience with 3 ladies that came to my house to help pack. Their names are Selena, Pam, and Sarah. They just jumped right in and packed with efficiency and asked questions, which I liked. They were very responsive to my needs and fun too! The packing techniques were amazing! We used Crowning Touch for our recent move and we were so glad we did! We had a large house to move over 3 hours away, and Crowning Touch was just wonderful from start to finish. We have moved many times in the past, and although it's always hard, they made everything bearable. All of them were just so helpful and great to work with.
