Crystal Blue Pools

We contacted several pool companies. Very few responded back. And the ones that did took forever to come out and give us a quote. We contacted Crystal Blue Pools they came out right away. Gave us a written quote with all kinds of options for us to pick what was best for our pool. We are more than pleased with our pool. The communication with them during the whole process was excellent. You read so many horror stories about peoples pool installation. We don’t have any of those stories! Very happy that we went with this company!

I have never written a horrible review on any company before. Andy installed our liner pool in 2016. Although our pool was gorgeous and the price was fair, that’s the only positives I can share. Our concrete cracked in front of our pool and crumbled by steps before he even finished our pool and later the concrete dipped (sunk) down badly. We also had a rip in the seam of our liner a year after we had it installed. He promised for over a year to replace liner but never did. We had to pay someone else to have it repaired. Andy also said he would have his concrete man to come back out for repairs, just more broken promises. I hate to be so negative & bash anyone, but it’s all true!

Would never recommend this company to anyone! We’ve had nothing but issues it seems like. Their communication is terrible. They don’t show up half the time when they say they are going to. We had a tear in the seam of our first liner and had that patched. Then had the liner replaced and have had nothing but issues. The liner has come down in multiple places all over the pool and has had to be pulled back up. Our pool has been green more than it has been clear. I couldn’t swim in my pool if I wanted to 12 months later!

Andy was great to deal with from the start. I called all the pool companies and got quotes from the few that actually called back. Andy was most responsive, most reasonable on price and completely involved from start to the finish. We are very pleased with the quality of our pool and with the personal service from Andy.

Can't get them to come out to do the work they put me on the schedule for. Not sure what's going on. Can't even get them to answer or call me back .
