The effort taken in cleaning our home was phenomenal!! All the surfaces were dusted, cleaned and made to look new again. This was the first major cleaning we've had (newer home), and it looks like new once again. They also sorted dishes, pots and pans and put them into their respective cabinets, giving us lots of counter space. We would not hesitate to have them return again to clean our house.... Well done!!

*Scam* *Scam* *Scam* I paid $650 for a 1700 sq foot 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home to be deep cleaned. They required a $100 deposit and the remainder to be paid before services were complete. Shane sent us a google link for crystal cleanerz, but the invoice came from insider disinfecting, and my PayPal receipt said “Shayan’s Group LLC”. We moved all of the furniture out so it could be easily cleaned. The service did not show up on the day scheduled. We called Shane who claimed to be the manager, and he was very rude and said they had been trying to contact us (but they had not). We were then contacted by the dispatcher, Kim. She explained the cleaning by crew had an accident, so they had to reschedule for the next day. The next day, they sent 1 person to clean, and she was completely unprep

Our experience with the cleaning service was excellent; under the circumstances. Definitely will use this company again.

Discourteous on the phone- interrupted and hung up like I was bothersome. Quoted before I offered all information on what needed to be done- $350 for a small living room??
