Crystal Heating & Cooling

I called for my system to be serviced and it was a 21yr old system and the tech was really nice and explained that it was a losing battle to put any money into it and that I should really be getting it replaced. I then had a guy come out later that day and offer several options in different price ranges. I chose to have it all replaced and a week later a team showed up and in a half day had a complete replacement of the system inside and out along with a new thermostat. They even wall mounted the new external unit. They were all professional and very clean and respectful of my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future needs.

Unfortunately our air conditioner needed service during the heatwave and after hours. Everyone we dealt with was very good at getting a technician here as soon as possible. Tyler showed up on time as promised by his return phone call and did a outstanding job for us, he went above and beyond to make sure we were up and cooling again. GREAT JOB TYLER AND CRYSTAL HEATING AND COOLING!!!!!!😎😎

Service was amazing. Will (service staff) was able to identify the issue quickly and fix our central air unit promptly. Very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I’ve always had good and timely seasonal maintenance visits. Techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for such good business ethics. I’ve had Ron E. as my tech since Gary retired. Ron is pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what the issue was and how I should go forward so he can come back to do the repair. I am very pleased.

I appreciated the tech. Darren. He was very polite and thorough. He both showed me and explained exactly what was going on. He left decisions completely up to me, as to what to repair/replace at this time. No pressure. Did a great job, and everything seems to be working perfectly. Also promptly arrived when scheduled.
