Outstanding company - we planned to run errands yesterday around 10am - loaded up car and tried to open the garage door. Nope. We were trapped. Called the team over at Schaefer Door and she diagnosed the problem over the phone (broken spring) and said they could fit us in. They arrived about 1:30. They didn't stock our spring but given the info we supplied custom fabricated one. The team got to the work installed the new spring, inspected and lubed everything and got us going. Perfect job and exceptional service.
