I have been dealing with Crystal landscaping for over 16 years. I am just a guy who does a lot of outdoor projects, so not a company. I have aways found honest and wonderful customer service dealing with Shane and all the other employees. They have always treated me with respect and it has been rewarding to watch this family run business grow and be successful!! I have a great deal of respect for Shane and his family! If you elsewhere, you made a mistake and I'm sorry that you did.

Loved my experience at Crystal Landscaping and even happier with how clean my yard looks! Shane was super helpful and kind, offered golf carts to drive around on site, and provided great prices with all of the install materials that I needed to complete my project. They delivered extremely quickly, confirmed drop off day-of via text, and the driver was polite and professional. I’ll definitely be returning for future projects!

Needed 2-4 inch tan cobble for my driveway upgrade project and Crystal had a great selection at very good prices. Was in and out in no time. Went into the office to explain what I needed, was told where to find the stone I wanted and that an employee would meet me with a loader to handle my order. Within a couple of minutes the loader pulled up and had me on my way.

Yesterday I called Crystal landscape to ask them for the cheapest 3/8-in angular Rock and was clear that it did not matter what it was as long as it was 3/8 in angular Rock to use as a sub base for a concrete paver patio. The woman over the phone told me that it was mountain granite chip that was $79 per ton. I went into the store and picked up one ton of this product, again, "3/8-in angular Rock color does not matter". The loader spent less than 1 minute grabbing a bucket full of what I thought I was purchasing for. $79 per ton. Today we needed an additional 1 ton of material to match what we got yesterday. Unbeknownst to my son who picked the material up today, got the exact match of what we got yesterday. However today they wrote a ticket for "black granite chip" a different product,

I've used Crystal Landscape Supplies for several of my home projects, and they've never let me down. Shane and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and always help me find exactly what I need. Their selection of rock, mulch, gravel, and soils is ridiculous. Highly recommend them for any landscaping needs.
