Crystal Parking

I parked at Crystal Parking and paid for 6 days in full in advance. Noted my vehicle details etc. Things were fine until day 5, when I came in to the unmanned parking lot and my vehicle was booted and there was a Crystal Parking ticket on it stating I need to pay them for parking there if I want the boot off. I called and informed them I paid, but they didn’t agree. Finally, one of their attendants stopped in vehicle. I again explained, and he continue to say I hadn’t paid so I was booted. Long story short, after showing multiple receipts, he angrily told me to calm down and relax and go back to my vehicle. He called and confirmed I had paid, and came out and removed the boot. I complained to the customer service, and all they said was “we have taken note of this incident”. I asked again i

Do not park here. They are running a scam. They’ll get your credit card info and charge you for monthly parking month after month, even if you intended to park for the day. They do not respond to attempts to stop fraudulent charges.

I called Crystal parking and talked to a nice woman on the phone, and confirmed my car and my associates car to park here for a Saturday. All was good. However, she told me that I would get an email confirmation (I didn't), and that even without that, the lot would have my license and my associate's license on file and that would be enough (it wasn't), and that if there were any problems, the Crystal parking phone number would still be reachable even on Saturday during the day (it wasn't). Because of this, actually getting to park at this spot we reserved was a hassle and at one point I almost felt it would be easier to just lose the $40 we already spent and go elsewhere.

Go ahead park your car there over the weekend and your car will be vandalized and no one from this place will respond to you or try to even help you identifying the wrongdoer. They don't have security cameras and they don't have attendants at all times leaving this area vulnerable to theft. We saw a couple windows shattered on the ground also indicating that this might happen more often than one can imagine.

Reserved a spot and prepaid. Arrived to find there were in fact no spots. Why are you selling something you don’t have to sell? Waste of time-and tough to find any alt parking later in the am.
