The entire experience from deciding what hot tub to buy with our salesman David, to delivery and set up was totally stress-free. Everything about the hot tub we were told, is exactly how things are going. We love our new hot tub. This is the Jetsetter LX from HotSpring freshwater salt system.

I rarely ever write reviews, but the level of unprofessional service I experienced compels me to do so. The process started off smoothly when purchasing our pool in May with a $4,000 cash deposit and signed contract. We were given an estimated install date of mid-June. Mid-June came and went. No communication. By the end of June, still nothing. When I called for an update, I was shockingly asked, “Are you already a customer of ours?” After paying thousands of dollars and signing a contract, I would certainly expect to be treated as one. When the installers finally arrived in early July, they hit underground roots. Instead of handling it, we were told an “excavator” needed to come out. If I could give 4.5 I would. Crystal installed an inground fiberglass pool and separate spa for us. Our Salesman Brad was awesome. Crystal and Brad did a small project for us at the last house so we came to them automaticallyatically for this project. All the Crystal techs were friendly and great at what they do. If I could ask them to improve, it would be with project management and subcontractor management. At the end of the day we are happy with Crystal and would recommend.

Crystal did a great job with the whole experience. We worked with Brad and he kept us informed all the way. The installer worked 12 hours the one day due to missing time because of rain. Great people!

Entire experience was easy and straight forward. Sales team was exceptional, no pressure to buy and answered all questions. Delivery and set up was as expected. Very knowledgable employee explained maintenance and all parts. Very satisfied.
