Crystal Pump Repair Services

Very disappointed, after being told our 3 year old well needed a new pump and the cost would be between $3-4 thousand dollars we decided to call for a second opinion. Glad we did. The other company fixed the problem in 10 min and only charged for a service call. Literally didn’t have water all day and in 10 min it was fixed. I don’t like being taken advantage of because people assume you have money to burn. Do NOT recommend Crystal Pump repair and will NEVER call them again. If zero stars could be given that’s what they would have got from me.

I called Crystal Pump Repair to service a leaky iron tank. They made a appointment with in one day . Rob my service technician was prompt, on time and personable. He wasn't familiar with my equipment, but with a few calls he finished the job in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and he went above and beyond by cleaning the pieces that were in desperate need of it. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Always great service, even with them being so busy after this crazy cold weather we have had recently. Alex was very knowledgeable & an asset to the company. Thank You!
