I have used Crystal Window Cleaning for probably about 10 years. As a team they are the best!!! I have over 13 rental properties in Greenwich and they clean my windows inside and out from construction clean-up to occupied homes. They are respectful and my windows come out amazing!!! This company was highly recommended by good friends. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. No one ever got back to me. Called again the following week and left a voice mail since no one was in the office. I did not hear back! I am looking for another company to do my windows. Good to know that during this pandemic that Crystal Window Cleaner can afford to blow off new clients! Disappointed, very poor customer service!
