i have dealt with this company 2nd time and I was in doubt if they are going to send some tech who just sit and milking for the hours and the money. But this time they send very excellent and phenomenon tech name Byraon Parker I would give 10outof 10 who is very outstanding tech I ever met from this company. HE was very quick to know about the equipment issue and gave me all the details about his diagnostic. what went wrong wand what is solution. i was impressed the I Highly recommend Byraon Parker. if you want professional and knowledgeable tech. If I have to call for service again, he will be my tech for this company

This company's service worker failed to deliver even the most basic level of competence. The worker dispatched to repair our equipment was apparently more interested in milking us for extra money by purposely prolonging the job, given that the company's billing is hourly-based. We advise against utilizing their services, as it would be more cost-effective in the long run to simply purchase new equipment than dealing with this company's subpar repair work. Their lack of professionalism is nothing short of appalling.

EDIT REVIEW 4/2023- So immediately after I posted this a year ago, Pam the office mgr in Smyrna called and corrected our issue immediately once realized i was unhappy with service. She sent someone out immediately to fix our fryers. They came out after hours on a weekend and fixed our fryer so we wasn’t down causing a delay in customer service. I was billed for after hours but Pam took care of that as well. Not only did the company correct the issue immediately but later executive from company visited numerous times unsuccessfully cause I was off. The company didn’t give up cause they were never were able to get with me due to scheduling issues he was persistent to speak with me and make sure things were corrected. If I could have given them a 0 I would have. This is the worst Company! They never show up as scheduled. When they do they never have tools or equipment to do the job. They tell you they will be back the next day and here you are calling all day to get some answers!!! My 2 ovens for 2 schools are not installed yet on this Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I have to feed kids come Monday! Stressed and pissed!!

I have used CSI since the Nashville location opened! I have been in the restaurant business for over 26 years and never once had the pleasure of working with a company as well put together as CSI. The techs are well knowledge and prompt with follow up. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy company look no further! Trust me we have done the service repair shopping for you in middle Tennessee!
