CST Carpets Care

Eco Carpet Clean of Waltham did a decent job at a high price. CST is what? An agency? Broker? I thought I was supporting a local business.

I called to schedule a free estimate for several area rugs and two loveseats. A team arrived when scheduled and spent about 10 minutes at my home leading up to an estimate. I was not prepared for any work to be done today and told them so. The response was "then that will be $99". I asked, "For what?". The reply, "for my time". I said no, I asked for a free estimate. He told me to call the office. I asked for the number, he replied I should have it - I'm the one who called. I quietly stated that we are done here and escorted them out as I was being called cheap and that I ruined his whole day. I called the office to let them know and was told it would be reported to a supervisor. I'm actually annoyed that they've been in my house and glad I have a big dog and cameras. It was that bad.

Rude and unprofessional. I took time off from work to meet CST at my house. They were several hours late and never called to tell me that they would be late. When I called to ask the technician when he would arrive and noted that I had arranged my day to meet him at our scheduled time, he cancelled, telling me that he didn’t want to be given a hard time about being late. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. Carpeting and tile looked great! The price was reasonable and almost exactly as quoted over the phone without even seeing the house.Fantastic experience!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! This company is certainly a good one to have business with, We clients would really gain a lot, They cleaned our bedroom carpet very well including the stains, It was perfectly removed.
