The BEST service experience i have ever had in 45 years!!! After a recent storm, I called South Shore Roofing, leaving a message about an improperly installed stack boot. Ronnie Lackey promptly called back, and attentively listened as I explained water was staining the ceiling in a new kitchen. It was an emotional kick in the gut, as it was the kitchen my mom and I planned as she was terminally ill, and she asked what would happen to the house once she passed. Her dying wish was that new kitchen. She was an amazing cook, and did It all in the original 58 yr old kitchen. I manage multiple condos in the South Shore and Ronnie and his team have helped me with multiple repairs and also large roof replacement projects. I strongly recommend working with South Shore Roofing. Their work is professional and you never have the call them back because of leaks. They complete the roof replacements on schedule, and they clean everything up perfectly. Other roofers leave behind hundreds of nails and with SS Roofing I've never found any. To top it off their price has always been very reasonable!

Ronnie and his team were honest, professional, punctual, and provided high-quality work. Ronnie took the time to patiently answer all of our questions. As we were getting our siding and trim replaced by another contractor just after the roof completion by South Shore Roofing, Ronnie explained what to look out for with siding/trim contractor to ensure everything remained weather-tight between roof, chimney, and siding/trim upon completion. He came back to inspect his team's work and to ensure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend.

A friend and I both hired roofing companies at the same time. I went with South Shore roofing. Ronnie quickly answered all my questions and would even come by with samples on multiple occasions. I really tested his patience and he was great. Once I gave the go ahead the roof was completed within a week. My friend was still trying to get the competitor to answer her questions so she could select the material. Once her project with the competitor was done months had passed and tons of damage to her windows.
