Our home was serviced by Mason and Steve, and we want to express how thankful we are for both of them. Both showed that they were knowledgeable in their craft and kindly took the time to educate us when we asked questions about the process and preventative measures. We will likely call them again if need be (hopefully not for a long time)

C&T Plumbing’s incompetence and dishonesty caused us five months of distress in our new construction home that they installed the plumbing system for. Every time we flushed our toilets, used the washing machine, or showered, we experienced backflow and leaks, flooding our bathrooms with sewage and causing damage downstairs. The owners, Crystal and Timmy, are unprofessional and disrespectful. Timmy’s initial visit involved him disregarding my presence, entering my home without acknowledgment, and then rudely dismissing my concerns about their work. He accused us of flushing wipes and paper towels, using our infant and household items as so-called “evidence.” When I confronted him, he was dismissive and arrogant. Crystal was no better, repeatedly interrupting and talking over me during cal
