Was frustrated with other remodelers in the area during the bathroom update quote process and gave CTIS a call. Professional, competitive, and was able to start work quickly and speed through the project. Very satisfied with the finished redone shower. Would use them again. We mostly bought our own materials from the local store and CTIS sourced the bigger items like the tub.

We hired CTIS to tear out the old backsplash in our kitchen and put in a new one, as well as tearing out an old bathtub and backsplash and putting in a new walk-in tile shower and new sink. They were on time, responsive and communicative, and when we had a few small problems, quick to fix it at no additional cost to us. They were also very competitively priced. We have already referred them to a friend, and plan to use them again the next time we have a project like this.

CTIS remodeled our kitchen and master bath. Jonathan and Al were very easy to work with and were always in close communication, which is very different from our experiences with other contractors in Austin. The work turned out exactly as we had hoped. Their pricing is reasonable and their crews are very polite.

I have used CTIS remodeling for various projects and every time they have delivered. Excellent quality of work, very responsive and supreme professionalism. All the jobs were finished on the quoted time. They will keep you posted on every step and update you with any change. Now you are probably wondering with all this great service they may be charging a fortune... well, guess again, their prices are very competitive and fair: excellent value. Last project they did was reflooring my whole house, project was finished in probably a week (including removing carpets, old flooring), the result ? look at the picture.
