Outstanding service from Jurnee Mechanical! They responded very quickly and scheduled a same day visit. Carl was very professional, knowledgeable , and efficient. He diagnosed the problem right away. He took the time to really explain the issues with the system and provided me with the education and understanding I needed to make a decision on repairing vs. replacing my 20 year old AC system. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find service like this! I highly recommend and will be using him for all my future needs!

Other HVAC companies I contacted about compressor vibration dampers were dismissive and uninterested in exploring that solution. Carl was different. Not only did he research the issue and propose a solution the same day, but he also kept rolling with the punches as new problems arose. He solved each issue collaboratively until we reached our desired result. Throughout the process, he was extremely communicative, providing schedule updates and ensuring he wasn't charging more than necessary as plans changed. After dealing with this issue for years, I can finally relax. More importantly, I now have a trusted contact for any future HVAC needs, which is worth its weight in gold.
