Called Ismael because my garage door springs were failing. He knew exactly what was wrong based off a picture and a brief description of what was going on. He made it over quick and fixed the issue with ease. His prices were extremely fair (no outrageous mark up like other places). He’s the only person we will call in the event of an issue.

They worked with us to get our garage door fixed that wasn't opening. Just from listening to it Isma knew what was wrong. The customer service is outstanding and you can tell they truly care about you as a customer. This place was recommended in my neighborhood and I can see why.

Fraytex Garage Door company is amazing!!! I called him and explained my issues with our Garage Door and opener. He explained the probable causes and the estimated price. He came the next day and fixed one of the issues we were dealing with quickly. He then checked the second. The actual garage door opener. He took one of the boards out a showed me where it was fried. He then told me that I could go and buy a new opener from Lowe’s or Home Depot, or he had 2 models in stock at his office. I did my homework and checked both Home Depot and Lowe’s. The price he gave me on the openers he had were better and a better quality opener. He was out the next morning and installed it. We are so happy to have our Garage door working again!!! P.S. It is sooo quiet!!!

I am not one to leave many reviews, but this company is seriously THE BEST!!! Ismael and his crew are such great, honest, trustworthy guys. When our very out-dated garage door finally gave up on us one night, Ismael was so quick to respond and came out the next morning to attempt to repair it before we decided to replace it. His pricing is very fair, especially compared to other local companies our neighbors suggested. I also over heard them listening to Christian music while working on the door, which made me smile because that personally means a lot to us! I will always use this company for any future needs & cannot recommend them enough!!
