Peter was great, very responsive, clear in his communication, and offered a fair price. I was originally scheduled for the next day after the initial diagnostic appointment, but he worked with my schedule and was able to come back the same day to install the new water heater. He even started removing the old unit first and had another tech bring the new water heater to save time and fit everything into my schedule. Everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I would definitely recommend him!

We have used CTR Heating and Repair for both our air conditioner and our tankless water heater, both in emergency situations. They were very quick to respond, even coming out on a Sunday, and had AMAZING customer service. Peter was SO friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my tankless water heater parts were covered under warranty which other companies probably wouldn’t do. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.

I had my whole HVAC replaced. After seeking out three sets of estimates from three companies (all of which were represented very professionally and have high standards), I decided to go with CTR because of their price, the size of the equipment (I had some limited space), and their recommendations for my house made the most sense of all three. Peter was always available to answer all of my questions before, during and after the installation. He went out of his way to make sure I was served and satisfied. This is a detail for some, but his team cleaned up the area before leaving! I recommend CTR!!

Great experience and good price. They were extremely responsive and helped me understand the best HVAC replacement for our home. I expected to have to wait a while to get it replaced, but everything was very fast. Great work!

I have worked with Peter for my HVAC needs. He is always very helpful and explains what is wrong with our HVAC system in a way that is easy to understand. He is honest and has gone as far as telling me over the phone about the things I should troubleshoot prior to having him come out for an appointment.
