This work was done over a year ago so my review includes follow-up. They are timely - they start the work when the appointment is set, they have detailed outlines of their work, and share comprehensive information. Professional equipment and quality work that for between three to five years of repairs made I have had no issues or concerns with. CTS had initially done simple repairs right after the purchase of the house including repairing a dimmer switch and replacing the outside front door light. A couple years into owning the house, we suffered a fire that -from the best of the fire department's inspections- were the result of accidental arcing of current across the aluminum siding caused during a long thunderstorm. CTS electric has been my choice electric service organization. They provided electrical service to update and install all the fire alarms service in our home. The team works thoughtfully to complete the work in a timely and clean manner. They have routinely serviced a partial home generator and continue to keep it updated and responsive for power when we have outages. This has been so useful when we have power outages, trees down, etc. They do routine service and any check-ups. A final activity checking our electrical panel for circuit breaker issue. The team was able to identify the source of the issue and also recommend some upgrades which could improve home lighting at lower cost. We have a service contract for our Generac natural gas powered whole house generator with CTS Electric. We noticed the smell of natural gas in the house and we thought it was coming from the gas line to the generator which was confirmed when we tested the line with detergent leak detection fluid. I emailed Karen at CTS right away and she arranged for Carl to come that afternoon. He replaced the flexible gas line that came with the generator with new metal piping which fixed the problem. I was very pleased with their quick response.

CTS recently serviced my 5 year old standby generator. I was outside with the fella doing the work. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company from their office staff to scheduling to service… all ver good!

CTS Installed a Generator for us and did an exceptional job. We could not be happier. In fact we had an outage not long after the unit was installed and it worked perfectly. Carl and his team are very professional and I would recommend them for any electrical work. Shortly after this was done we had a light in the garage that failed and they repaired it. The Attic fan also failed and they replaced the motor plus added an extra switch which Carl did on his own for safety. This was all done for half the cost of what another firm would charge.
