I had an excellent experience with the service tech (Isaiah) who worked on my HVAC system today. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why. The work was thorough and professional, and everything was left clean and running perfectly. It’s rare to find this level of service—highly recommend. Thank you Isaiah - it was a pleasure having you work on our system!

Nick came Tuesday and did a great job assessing the problems. Wes came back today (as soon as the part came in yesterday, they scheduled me for today), did a fine job, and finished way ahead of schedule. I continue to be impressed by SILA's service people as well as the people on the phone. They are always polite, sympathetic, reasonable and careful of my house when they get here. They have my highest recommendation.

Eric Rowell provided excellent service and Took the time to show me how to utilize the Honeywell Home Connect app in my new home. Sila has wonderful service and the staff helping me on the phone and in person were professional and kind. Excellent service!

Isaiah Lovera, our technician was great at explaining everything. He identified the issue and promptly fixed it. I will definitely request Isaiah for all future visits. If I can give 6 stars instead of 5, I would.
