Lemus Remodeling

We have a 1804 farm house that was in need of a new roof. We reached out to Lemus and after meeting Brain the salesman we talked about other possible options to move this old house in a more maintenance free direction,. After some more conversations with bring and confirming the work to be provided we felt comfortable with the pricing and the fact they could provide the work discussed with a estimated 5 start to finish. Day 1 mother nature had other ideas about starting but day at 1st light the crews showed up and the rejuvenation of this old house began with crews working into the dark to get their work done, day 3 and 4 matched the early start and late stay of the crews doing their parts of the project with day 5 bring the completion and the clean up , wow except job the the crews. The 20yr old window FELL OUT. It is huge (59x37). I called companies all said 8weeks to come and measure! Some said I could fix it myself! (It’s 8ft off ground inside and 15 ft outside!!) It was a Friday afternoon in early September and I was at wits end. I saw a Lemus truck in the neighborhood. I knocked on the door where they were and they came that day to see what had happened. We were on the phone with the owner within minutes. On the next Tuesday they came out and did measuring and I had an estimate in hand. We ordered that day. Today, exactly 5 weeks from the incident the new custom ordered window was delivered and installed. Lemus provided superb craftsmanship in transforming an old dilapidated screened porch into a gorgeous four season room. Communication and responsiveness were excellent throughout and and the work was completed within our budget. I highly recommend!

Brian (sales) and JJ (project leader) were a great team. JJ was a very approachable and understanding project guy. The actual working crew of 5-7 people showed up at 7.30 am and worked till 5.00pm with extreme care and attention to detail. The guys who worked on the columns did an excellent job. Overall, wonderful group of people.
