Cullen's Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration

Cullen's Heating and Cooling is reliable, even when things seem hard. I had a unit that was installed by them 2 1/2 years ago. During the cold surge we had this winter, the unit went bad and was attempted to be fixed. Ends up that the outside unit was under warranty and even though it took some time, this team followed through and got it done. They dealt with the manufacturer, where I didn't have to. A big Thank You to them. My shop is back up and running!

We just had a HVAC system installed today by the Cullen crew. Great guys. Hard workers. Very respectful. Explained everything to us. Even cleaned up after. Definitely recommend Cullen's!

Colby came out to fix my beer fridge; it wasn't keeping things cool as it should. After he fixed it, I had to turn the thermostat back down to a normal setting because it was causing the air on the outside to condense on door pushed all the way up where I had it! This man knows what he's doing!! While he was here I asked him to give me a check-up on my AC unit as we ramp up into summer: he cleaned it and showed me the gunk that was stuck in there. Long story short, he probably saved me thousands in the long run just by doing a little routine maintenance. Will be recommending him to everyone from now on! Best in Jonesboro!!!

Just have to mention Colby Cullen for his extremely timely and friendly service. He put in a new HVAC system for us in the past 3 weeks. After the system was running, in a few days we noticed a moaning or groaning sound and reported it to him. He responded within a few minutes and by a day later, he replaced a valve which stopped the problem immediately. Of course he didn’t charge us a dime extra and he made several trips to listen to the sound to make sure that was what we needed and that the problem was resolved. Best customer service EVER!! So friendly and cleaned up after his work. Colby is the best and I can’t recommend him enough. Give him a call-he’ll fix it so you can forget it!🥰🥳🎉

I called Colby on a July afternoon and he came to my house the same day. He was kind, courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed and solved my problem. My thermostat had gone bad, and he replaced it immediately. He also cleaned out my unit, which was very much needed. I will definitely call them again and confidently recommend Cullen's to friends and family.
