Installed HVAC in my brand new house in Blacks irg incorrectly with the condensation pipe not angled correctly, no condensate overflow switch, or condensate P trap resulting in gallons of water backing into by duct which burst leaving a pool in my crawl space I did not know about until I randomly went in there for another reason only to discover white fuzzy and jelly fish looking mold. My brand new house is now infiltrated but exactly what I was attempting to escape from my first house. I called them, the tech confirmed the issues, was befuddled by the poor install, put in a pipe that was not the correct trap, did not have and therefore did not install a switch, then said he would let me know when they could do the full repair. Cundiff sent Dusty out to install my new gas logs and I couldn’t be more pleased. He really cared that I was happy with the new setup which I truly am. He is extremely knowledgeable and I learned a lot about my new gas logs. He is definitely an asset to Cundiff. Make sure if you call Cundiff for maintenance or install for gas logs to ask for Dusty!

Recently had new gas logs installed by another company because I did not know Cundiff installed gas logs. Smelled propane this morning. Called Cundiff. They sent out Dusty and Wyatt. They fixed the problem and corrected the installation mistakes the other company made. Will only be using Cundiff for my gas logs from now on.

I am thankful for the professional service I received. Everyone was kind and thoughtful to this senior lady. They brought and set up a room AC unit to help make me more comfortable while waiting for the AC to be replaced. SO IMPRESSED. This was my first time using Cundiff Heating and AC. Based on my experience, I highly recommend their service.

Highly disappointed, I requested service from Cundiff to repair my gas furnace. The technician shared it was irreparable, so we paid to have it replaced. approximately 4 months later my AC unit broke, they shared this should have been replaced with the initial furnace repair. I was never advised of this option. I depend on the expertise of the technician to inform the customer of any concerns and provide the best solutions. This additional repair cost approximately 2k more since they were completed as 2 separate repairs versus one system. Cundiff further improperly fitted the mismatched units together using foil tape to bridge the gaps. Now, I have called to ask for a better option for sealing the gaps and they had the audacity to say it's $76 for the tech to come out plus the cost of rep
