Caused damage to my truck, uneven butt joint that caused boat to come off the ball on the hitch. I was very nice and talked to Heather Ellis who basically after sending the case number from the police report and photos, yea she said their insurance would not even consider paying for the 7k worth of damages. Buyers beware. Sketchy work and zero responsibility. Now having to hire a lawyer is going to cost everyone more money.
