Even without looking much like Paul Newman, Luke of Cool Hand Custom HVAC was polite and professional. He spotted the problem and solved it in an hour. The service was a positive experience with quick results. I highly recommend Cool Hand!

Ron was recommended to me by a good friend. We had a leak and were running in only auxiliary heat. Ron came out within an hour of me calling and got us taken care of. He was such a great guy to work with and made us feel like he was someone we had known for years. After having our best friend pass away that took care of all our heat and air work, I honestly never felt I'd ever find someone I could trust to work on our stuff. But Ron and Custom Air is definitely the one!!! We already have him set to come back and do our Spring and Fall maintenance. He is a pleasure to work with, honest and very reasonable, he knows how to take care of his customers. Ron came out today to give us a second opinion after one of the "big name" companies stood us up twice and then quoted us an outrageous number. Ron confirmed what we suspected, checked the repairs we did at home, gave the system a once older and told us we were good to go. I can't recommend him enough. Local, HONEST, great communication. And, he saved us a TON of money.
