Very poor ran business. I have called for 3 months trying to get an estimate for some work to be done and have yet to receive a call back. Everytime it's the same line I'll need all your info and our guy will get back to you because he's out of the office. If it takes this long to get an estimate it'll take a year or better to get the job done. But that's OK I can take my business elsewhere where people actually want to work.

Custom Air is an incredible heating and air company. Stuart and William did a thorough service of our unit today. They took their time and explained every detail. Very very professional. Great company. Always feel very positive with their incredible work. Thank you Stuart and William.

Professionalism at it's finest. We received a quote that included the full scope of EVERYTHING they were going to do within days of asking. They went out right after a bad storm with barely any access to the house. Brian and the rest of Custom Air have been EXCELLENT. This is how you do business! Thank you guys so much!!

Over the past eight years Custom Air has installed three Carrier Infinity five stage heat pump systems for us. Two replaced 2004 vintage Rheem systems (single stage, very noisy), and the third was a full install with ductwork in an at-the-time unfinished basement. We needed the second system during the Covid period with its associated supply chain problems. Custom Air did an effective repair to our leaking Rheem system and we ordered a replacement Infinity system. Brian kept us fully informed on the supply problems and when the system was finally available, he honored the original quoted price. Called 3 times during regular work hours to try and get some work done. A woman named lindsay picked up the third time and was extremely rude. Acted like she was better than the job and too good to work there/ didn't want to. She should try being a little kinder to strangers, lost a customer. Shame too cause in years past this place was reliable
