I don't know how they stay in business. They won't answer the phone or call you back. Then when they finally do the guy says I will be there this time never called or showed up. Don't recommend this place. I had to call another heating place and at least they came when they said.

R and M is the only place that I trust to service our oil furnace. Most of the time I get same day service. Jim is so knowledgeable and helpful, as well as Matt and the rest of the team. They really are out here to help people get their HVAC and furnaces working properly and aren't just after your money. They have also recently done a service call at my mother's house for her heat pump and they were great with that as well. When we have a new furnace installed soon, you better believe we'll be coming back to R and M. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks Jim and team!!

These guys have been servicing my furnace for years and have always done an excellent job. Jim is a friendly and knowledgeable guy and always gets it done. I wouldn't hesitate to call them anytime I need something for HVAC.

Excellent service. Replaced gas furnace during a busy season quickly. Staff was friendly and prices were the cheapest in Smyth County. Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services
