Roland Oil Co

My granny used this company and i now use this company. They have always been good to us. We live across the mountain in Washington county. They wait until they have other deliveries over here and i completely understand that because of the cost to them for delivering all the way over here. Also, you can't wait until the last minute to call and expect them to be there the next day. They have other orders to fill also. So many fuel assistance customers,like me, as well. Thank Roland for doing your best

Roland has always been great to my wife's grandma for many years. We just recently moved into her house and their memory of everything made the transition way easier. They've prevented mistakes, educated us on the size of our tank, and are always very friendly when they show up. We get ours mid to late summer to prepare for the winter and they've showed up 2 to 3 days everytime. In my opinion you should order sometime from May to Aug and you'll be at ease. I wouldn't wait until you're empty or try to do it late fall or winter because I'm sure they're overrun to death and kerosene is more expensive anyways.

My 80 year old mother ran out of heating oil before Christmas I contacted Roland oil company on the 22nd of December and informed she had no heat in her home as temperatures were going to be in the single digits for 10 days. Today is the 2nd of January and still no heating oil in her tank so I contacted Roland oil company again today and informed them that she still was without any heat in her home and the oil company informed me to go purchase oil in cans till they could make a delivery to fill her oil tank. I then explained that she wouldn't have money to purchase any heating oil for several days as Roland oil company already had payment for her heating oil. The oil company representative on the phone told me that they were doing the best they could but she wouldn't be getting any oi

Ive had family use this company for years and they just keep getting worse. They have already received the money for our oil over 3 weeks ago. We are still waiting and when we called they literally told u to go get jugs of oil and poor in untill they can get to use. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS!!! It's Smyth county not New York!!! I recommend using someone else because these people will take your money and give u a run around.

Always has been polite and helpful as much as possible to us and very nice people! Love coming here.
