Easily the best exterminator experience I've had. Everyone was friendly, professional, thorough, and above all accommodating with all needs and questions. I had to deal with a much more serious infestation ~15 years ago in Brooklyn, so I had plenty of concerns. Walker made sure everything was in order, and was an absolute trooper getting the work done. We were a little embarrassed about our Bed Bug issue and especially worried about companies coming over with big advertisements on their vehicles. However, Custom Bed Bug was more discreet than I could have ever imagined and Walker was very knowledgable. He reassured me about the process and helped me realize that Bed Bugs can happen to anyone and there’s no reason to be embarrassed.
