My family and I needed to add on wheelchair assessable bathroom for my grandfather who was retired in the military. We went through the VA who referred us to use Custom Designs’ services. The process took longer than expected. Although the finished product looked beautiful inside, a year later there are foundational issues. We now have a big crack in the wall and the door they installed leading outside with a deck is no longer closing all the way. This imposes a risk of anyone trying to break in. We’ve called them several times and have gotten no response. When we did get a response someone said they would come and check it out and never showed. We are looking to take legal action and filing a complaint with the better Business Bureau. It has been months now and still no response. Please d

Very disappointed with their Customer Service. They could only measure between 9-AM12PM Monday - Friday, due to worker has to pick up her child. So, I am supposed to take off work from my job so she can pick up her child. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Most business have an early morning or a late afternoon appointment schedule.

will be going on 3 month's without a kitchen. I'm doing my dishes in the bath tub and have giant boxes taking up what little living space I have. Everytime I call them they will 'get back to me'. Last time I called, the scheduler guy walked into the office, I was put on hold, and then told he would return my call the next morning because he had to go pick up his son, yet I got no call. After 3 days and multiple calls to them, I've received no contact from them. It seems like they're avoiding me, which is pretty bad for customer relations. Finally, they put me on the schedule (for a cabinet inspection). I'll have to wait at least another 3 weeks beyond that for them to start work on it. Wife and kids are on the verge of relocating so they have a stable place to live. I don't understand how

I recently went through Home Depot for a kitchen and bath remodel and they partner with Custom Design Works. Home Depot is responsible for the design process and Custom Design Works did the installation. I am thoroughly impressed with the final result. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. One thing I want to mention is that Custom Design and their team were very clear upfront about their process. They don’t begin work until the necessary materials arrive, which is understandable given how critical the right supplies are to the job. While there were some delays in the materials arriving, this was beyond their control — it was up to Home Depot to deliver. I signed a contract with CDWI (thru Home Depot) to add on a Sunroom to my home along with a Master Bathroom and a kitchen remodel and a hallway bathroom remodel. When I signed the contract I paid Home Depot up front in the amount of $95,000.00 and I was told that it would only take six months to complete.
