If you are looking for a service that does not give you an 8 hour "arrival time" and is quick, clean, efficient, and service oriented, Custom Floor Care is it. Jay called us before arriving letting us know he would be on time. When he showed up, he quickly went to work and was done before we knew it. Our carpet looks brand new! Thanks Jay and we definitely recommend this company! As a plus he was great with our daughter, answering her 101 questions on what he was doing ;-)
I had an unexpected need arise and had to have my carpet cleaned on the same day. Being last minute I wasn't sure what to expect, Custom Floor Care not on made room for me at the end of their day, the work they did was AMAZING! The carpet looks and feels like new! It was completely dry in about 5 hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
They did a great job on our rentals and charged a fair price. Will be using them again the in the future! John was very nice and had great communication!
