In response to the owners reply. All my father wanted was a simple job done right to have his windows taken care of without hassle that got damged from a storm. Instead, what he got was delays, blame, and treatment no elderly veteran should ever endure. From the very beginning, the phone number was clearly written on the paperwork your staff had, a point you even make, he showed you a previous invoice with all his current information, yet you claimed you couldn’t reach him. That excuse was then used to cover delays that were entirely on your end, delays that caused the price to jump from the original quote. Incompetence runs a muck apparently, top down. When he returned, you acted as if $141 was a trivial amount, but for a retired man living on a fixed income, that is not “small change.

Called 5/17 for a glass shower door. Receptionist said it would be added to the work queue for a measure. 6/7 and still no call. Its a good thing I called a competitor b/c they measured the next business day and had installed before Custom Glass ever called to measure. Unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. The lady told me that no one would be able to come out that day to fix my door. I told her that I would call someone else, and two men showed up 5 minutes later.

I recommend this place for anyone needing glass, doors, and garage doors!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and the men were really nice and respectful.
