Joe Stillman and the Team at Custom Kitchens and Design / All Phase Construction have completed multiple projects at my house. They helped us design and re-constructed our first floor with a fully custom kitchen (in a new area of the house) and additional renovations to the dining room / living room area. Their work was exceptional, they met their quoted cost and promised schedule - to the day. They showed up on time every day and left the house clean every night. More recently they completed a major residing and garage renovation on our house with the same results. The house looks amazing, their crew were courteous, on time and hard working and Joe worked fairly with us on any issues that came up, scope changes, etc. We will be using them on our future projects and I would recommen

First we met with Joe. No pressure, he listened to what we wanted and gave us a few ideas. Then the kitchen project began! The project manager, Greg, was absolutely TOP NOTCH. He was very thorough and attentive to details, we never had to worry about a thing. All the men who came in to do their specialty work were great! Greg kept in contact with us regularly to make sure things were going well from our perspective. He was so easy to talk to. When the January blizzard was predicted to come the team hustled to make sure the kitchen would be functioning with the appliances for the snowed in weekend! Joe's team are amazing! They were prompt and started the job on time and it was obvious from the first day that they took their time and were meticulous about preparing the site before any real work was done. They applied multiple coats of material over a couple days and when they finished it was absolutely beautiful! I would recommend anyone who needs stucco work to not give it a second thought. If you want dependable contractors who shows up on time works diligently and delivers amazing quality work. It these guys! BTW this was the entire front of my home. It had to be done right.

Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with. They did carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, demolition and clean up of an old house to help us prepare it for sale. The work was affordable and didn't come in higher than estimated. They cleaned up as they worked and were pleasant to have around. They did a great job of helping us out and moving forward. We would definitely call again and would recommend them to others.

I absolutely love my new updated Kitchen. Dave and Kyle were wonderful They were able to save all my granite, even the Backsplash. I would definitely have this company in again for any other projects I was going to do I think my house was cleaner when they left them when they came
