Custom Lock installed the alarm system in the track home I bought in Modesto, CA. I liked them so much, that when I moved back to the Bay Area I asked them if they could install an alarm system in my current house. Even though it’s over 50 miles away from Modesto they came out to install a new system and have come out every time I need a service. They are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them. We’ve been doing business for almost 25 years now.

They don't cut customer provided keys. Don't bother asking. Lady at front desk rude. Guess they don't want to make a couple bucks. Followup response: I get what your saying. If you don't then you don't. Crazy you didn't mention the rudeness of the lady in your followup response. I was being polite and respectable to the lady there and she was being rude and obnoxious. I walked into the store there was no greeting from her. I greeted her. When I left I thanked her and I got no response. Let's just hope race wasn't a factor in this cause the second I walked in she was basically treating me like a criminal. I was born and raised in Turlock. This was my first time at your establishment and it will be my last. I did get my key cut for 5 dollars at a family owned hardware store and it works 100

We have used this company at least 2 times. Each time we received friendly and professional service. On one occasion, the technician suggested a more secure place to put our lock. We would highly recommend this company.
