Purchased a home that the previous owner did not use pest control services. There were a few of the usuals such as roaches and palmettos but a MAJOR infestation of sugar ants in almost every room. Chris from Custom Pest Solutions came out and spent quite a bit of time both inside and out, explained what he found and took care of. No more roaches or palmettos and did put a dent in the ant infestation but still they were a problem despite the baiting and all. The 2nd treatment took care of the remainder of those pesky little things except for the family room. Called Custom and Christopher came right out. He explained everything slowly and clearly, then walked through the house with us twice — first to look at the overall premises, and then again to focus on the areas where we were experiencing rodent issues. After doing my due diligence in my search for a highly professional, detail-oriented (!) pest inspection expert, to assist with our new home buying inspection, I landed on Custom Pest Solutions. The first person I spoke with was quite knowledgable, and understood my desire for someone who was so particular and detailed, that there would be no room for oversights.
