Custom Quality Roofing Contractors

Our first interaction with Nate was amazing. He was the last of 3 estimates we received and was the ONLY one who went onto the roof. His estimate was fair and reasonable and was very knowledgeable when presenting our options. The crew of 5 plus supervisor arrived promptly before 8am and were done by 3:30 with a short lunch break. The the entire house was covered so there would be no damage to the house or the landscaping when removing 2 layers of shingles. We ended up replacing all of the plywood as it was moist and squishy (we planned for 10 but were not surprised we had to remove all). The yard was cleaned upon completion. The best decision I made was to choose Custom Quality.

Terrible experience. The owner was never timely with communications, increased the price after assuming they would be able to re-use old flashing and AFTER we had already agreed on a price AND signed a contract for that price. Roofing debris was left in my yard overnight, workers were having beers on my front steps, and the job was not completed within the time-frame it was stated to be done in. The company overall is unprofessional and unskilled. *the photo below is how the owner left the siding* (someone did return eventually and fix it, haphazardly)

Nate and the team at Custom Quality Roofing Contractors, Inc. did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. Nate was fantastic from day one—professional, responsive, and on top of every detail. The crew followed suit, arriving on time and keeping our property spotless. The workmanship is top-notch, and they wrapped everything up exactly on schedule. We have already recommended them to our friends and family.

Excellent and Great crew. The crew showed up at 7 am and were cleaned up and off the property by 7pm. It was a 90 degree day. We had a huge job with unexpected rot that needed new plywood. We were contacted immediately with a quote for the additional materials. The crew was able to do the repairs and finish the job. We are very pleased with the look and quality of the job as well as how respectful the crew was to my property and my neighbors. Thank you Jason and crew for taking care of our home. We love it!

The crew showed up at 7:00 am and worked until 7:00 pm with a break for lunch and to enjoy some fruit I supplied them for a break. They were diligent and consciences about the tear off, the installation, and clean up. Custom Quality was not the most expensive nor the least. We are glad we spent the extra money to have them do our roof replacement. Chucky and Jonathan, foreman's, were helpful for any questions I had. Job well done!
