Customer service is wonderful. In general, I love store. The vendor you use to verify ID'S for truck rental failed. I reserved a truck for a time-sensitive pick-up. Customer service spent 45 min with me, as we tried to get CLEAR to work. It did not. I walked away with no truck, unable to pick up what I needed. There is currently no system in place for when CLEAR doesn't work, and this is a major flaw in the truck rental system. Now, I can't count on truck rentals here. I really like Home Depot, so that's disappointing!

Very very disappointed! Unprofessional service! I bought refrigerator for 3000$ on September 1 in the Camillus store ! They promised me deliver and install refrigerator on September 8 ! Delivery guy was super rude and mean to me ! The refrigerator still in my garage! They refused to remove old refrigerator and put a new one what I payed for ! Unbelievable ! If I could put zero for service I would! Don’t buy from Home Depot anything! My husband insulin got bad because of the fact I don’t have a refrigerator!Safe your time, health and money !

My wife and myself bought 80 cases of heavy floor tile .. over two pallets worth…when we first got into the store in flooring Bri W. Came up to us with a big smile and asked us if we needed help. We told her what we needed and she went and got it down from the rafters. All the time following safety rules and looking out for customers safety…from there she helped organize, with Evan F. Getting a group of fellow workers to help load a pallet at a time into our van. Without hesitation Lynn A. Jumped in the back of our van to start stacking. Dominic C.and Nate V. I will always come here for ease of access, but i want to note that when i use the assisted self-checkout, i am capable of scanning my own items. On a recent visit to purchase more masks, as i am currently sick with Covid, an associate at the self-checkout approached me, took my items, and scanned them for me at the self-checkout. I was surprised the whole time and after i got over the shock of her doing that, I told her that I did not need help, but i don't think she heard me. This level of help is great ANYWHERE BUT the self-checkout. Please keep in mind there are lots of reasons a person is using self-checkout, and that reason could be due to illness. I hope everyone remains healthy.

Staff at the Camillus Home Depot are incredibly helpful and knew the store back to front! Edit: had a tough situation today with an antique chandelier needing hardware and they were once excellent!!
