I ordered all new kitchen cabinets from CSH, and they were so great to work with! Jennifer and Sarah were absolutely wonderful! They were so patient with me as I worked out all the different possibilities and options for our new kitchen. They were always very responsive, polite, and helpful. When there was a minor problem with an item from the manufacturer, they resolved it immediately with absolutely no problem. I can't say enough good things about them as well as the company. Ordered a 6 pack of 21” drawer slides. Three pair do not work correctly. One binds, the other soft close doesn’t work and the third one had a broken cap and clip. They won’t stand behind their product. I need to pull all the slides out and return them. Spend the money and buy the Blum. This group is not worth the time

Wonderful experience for each of the 3 projects I have purchased for with CS Hardware. First was for a beautiful walnut ladder and railing system... absolutely fantastic quality, second for a kitchen remodel that turned out beautifully + fantastic service and partnership during the ordering process (thank you for your world-class service Jennifer Seitz), to our most recent office remodel. We received the cabinets last night, and they are amazing! There was not a blemish on the cabinets, and they are beautiful. God led me to your company and James' extension by way of a confusing internet search for a different company. This company has a great mission and vision statement posted clearly in their front entry area. They work hard and live out the values displayed to each other as well as to their customers. Jennifer was a perfect example of an associate who was always kind to me and dedicated to good outcomes. I would have given 5 stars but refrained because early comunications weren't clear that they would only be facilitating an order for cabinets but were not involved in assuring the layout would actually fit or work in the kitchen/bathroom remodels. I was supposed to have designs drafted beforehand by someone else. This led to order delays and some anxiety in meeting tight deadlines. Once understood, Jennifer moved the orders along quickly.
