Taylor-Made Floors

I had the carpet in my living room and upstairs hallway replaced. The crew did an excellent job even when they ran into obstacles caused by my 103-year-old home. My mom has been a customer with them for over 30 years and never had an issue so choosing Taylor Made was a no-brainer for me. I will definitely be hiring them in the future to replace my LVP.

Over the past 5 years, we have had Taylor-Made Floors replace 7 areas of flooring. We can not commend them enough, for the all around professional service they provided us. Absolutely terrible experience with TaylorMadeFloors. We used them in 2023 to install Paramount flooring in our new build. A year later, the floor started bubbling due to a manufacturer defect. Paramount covered the flooring replacement — but TaylorMadeFloors caused more problems than they fixed. They damaged a bunch of our trim during the replacement. While they did install new trim, it was completely unpainted — even though they had promised to handle the painting. Then they turned around and said it was our responsibility to paint it, despite the fact that we had already paid for professional trim painting just a year earlier. A great experience from start to finish. The staff in the store was extremely helpful in choosing the carpet we were looking for, and on the day of installation Rudy was great. He made short work of two rooms and made sure the floor hinges for a closet door were adjusted to clear the new carpet height. I would definitely recommend them and will be back in the future.
