They handled our repair quicker than the time it took to file the claim with LG. Ken impressed my son with his professionalism and efficiency. We thought that the fridge would be down for a week. From the time we got in touch till the fridge was fixed took 3 business days. One was the diagnosis, the second waiting for parts and done fixing on the third. Very happy.

Absolutely terrible! My one star is actually a negative 10 stars. The technician indicated that my oven needed two parts. After waiting two weeks, I called and was told that they were having trouble finding the parts. Again, after not hearing from them, I left messages which were never returned. I ending up going with a reputable company who fixed the issue. Avoid Modern Appliance (They don't ) Service!!!

Multiple experiences; no complaints. I think the complaints come from these appliances breaking down sooner than we'd like because the manufacturers, like LG, don't use quality parts anymore.

Modern Appliance Services came to my house to repair my Dish Washer, in the process he said it needed a drain line replacement. After replacing the drain line, he either didnt test or notice that the pump was dropping water which is something that should have been checked after changing a drain line. My kitchen floor got damaged with water to the point my basement ceiling was leaking water when ever the dishwasher was used. Picture are attached. I called him to complain he claimed it is not his responsibility but that of my warranty company.

Absolutely terrible. This company has completely stopped responding to phone calls (I've left about 4 voicemails now) in regards to fixing my refrigerator that I've been working with them on for over 6 months. Claimed a fan was replaced but not totally sure that it was. Extremely disappointed & would not recommend to anyone.
