Custom View Exteriors

This is what $10,000 of “refinished” floors look like from Custom View Exteriors. Only 2 rooms, no bedrooms. Just the kitchen and living room. About 600 sq ft. You can see the patches... They came back twice to “fix it” and the last time they left me the urethane and told me I could patch any missed spots. As you can see from the pictures, it has a lot of dry patchy spots. This is what it looks like after mopping the floors. For reference. We remodeled 2 other homes on the same street, had another company do the work. Only charged $2,400 to refinish the same type of floors… for 3 bedrooms, dining and living rooms… about 1200 sq ft and the floors look AMAZING.
