Cut N Drop Tree Service

I had an excellent experience with Cut N Drop. Thomas is very professional and his whole team was wonderful. Polite, hard working, tidy, careful and responsive. Thomas quoted my job, included clean up and take away per my request in the contract description, and did what ww agreed to. When rain prohibited them from coming I got a call that they’d be there the next day instead. Appreciated the open line of communication. Thomas responded promptly every time I reached out. Job finished as scheduled. A++

Thomas was paid in full and never finished our job. He said he was done and sent pictures, yet when we arrived at the cottage it was not finished. He refused to come back or return our phone calls. Do not use him! He had others complaining and his girlfriend who was beaten up by him.

Very unprofessional. Thomas does not show up timely, doesn’t call, didn’t respond to texts or return calls. He never finished our job completely and said he would come back. It’s now been 6 months. Complete loser and blames not returning calls because it’s his girlfriends phone and sometimes she gets mad at him. A complete run around dealing with him. Caught him in several lies. Do not recommend him at all.

The experience was good from the out set. Called on a Sunday night expecting to leave a message. But, Tom answered the phone! They were able to give me an estimate with out me being on the property. The price was very responsible. They emailed me a contract. I signed it electronically. They showed up the day they said they would. And, the job was completed with out a hitch. Including a good size oak with large limbs over my cabin. And, bonus the crew was very personable.

Excellent service, went about and beyond to protect our cabin windows, piled the wood without being asked. Trees were right next to cabin, no damage at all. 5 stars for this top notch company.
